You will move beyond basic oversight to understand your individual liability, the severe consequences of non-compliance including criminal prosecution and loss of licence, and the necessity of implementing proactive "positive duties." This unit equips board members with the tools to develop a robust compliance program, ensuring the organisation satisfies the complex requirements of Commonwealth, State, and local regulators.
