RSG Online Course at a Glance
Same-Day RSA Certificates
Students who upload all their assessments before 4 pm AEST on a business day will have their assessments marked and, if deemed competent, their Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued on the same day.

For more information, please contact our support team via live chat or by calling us on 07 3878 8977. We are unable to issue your SOA without your USI number.
To ensure there are no delays, please submit your USI prior to submitting your final assessment. You can do this via the LMS, live chat, phone or by emailing us at [email protected].
If you don’t have a USI, you can get one here.

You can do your RSG training online in Queensland, Western Australia and Northern territories through accredited training providers. Completing the course online gives you the flexibility to do it at your own pace and convenience.
In NSW, the course has to be done in-person or virtually (via Zoom). You can learn more about NSW RCG training here.
The course, including the assessment, generally takes 4-6 hours to complete. Most students complete the course in one setting. For those looking to do it at a slower pace, CTA allows up to three months to complete the course at no extra cost.
Working in the gambling industry without the required RSG certification can result in legal penalties for both the individual and the employer. These can include fines, license suspensions, and other disciplinary actions by regulatory authorities.
