Food Safety Supervisor
A Food Safety Supervisor is a person who holds advanced skills and knowledge in addition to the responsibility of overseeing food safety operations within a food business. There are three units of competency for the Food Safety Supervisor qualification in the Health & Community Services sector:
• HLTFSE001 Follow Basic Food Safety Practices
• HLTFSE005 Apply and monitor food safety requirements
• HLTFSE007 Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace
