Once you complete the online course, you will need to complete the L&GNSW Online RSAT assessment.
Same Day RSA Certificates
CTA will issue your Statement of Attainment on the same day as when you submit your assessments if the following conditions are met:
- All assessments submitted before 4 pm AEST
- You pass your assessments
- Your USI number has been verified.

Your USI Number
We are unable to issue your SOA without your USI number. To ensure there are no delays, please submit your USI prior to submitting your final assessment. You can do this via the LMS, live chat, phone or by emailing us at [email protected].
NSW RSAT for International students and Visa holders
Visa holders and international students (including subclass 500) can undertake this course through CTA Training Specialists.

Certification & Refreshers
After completing the L&GNSW RSAT assessment, you will be issued an official certificate. It is important to note that the certificate must be downloaded and saved from the portal within 6 months of its issue.
It is also required that all delivery agents have a copy of the certificate on their own or readily available to show NSW Police and L&GNSW Inspectors if requested.
The certificate is valid for 5 years, after which you will need to redo the course and assessment to renew it.

FAQs
RSAT training stands for Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training. It is a mandatory requirement for all same day alcohol delivery providers, agents and persons in NSW.
RSA is designed for those involved in the sale, supply or service of alcohol within licensed premises such as bartenders and bottle shop attendants.
RSAT is for delivery agents doing same-day alcohol deliveries.
The RSAT course costs $25 with CTA training. The assessment is another $18 payable directly to L&GNSW when doing the RSAT assessment.
The RSAT course is approximately 4-6 hours long. The L&GNSW assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
RSAT lasts for 5 years. To renew your certification you will need to redo the course and assessment.
The NSW RSAT certificate is only valid in NSW.
