A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Warren holds advanced qualifications in both law and business and is currently completing a PhD specifically focused on the governance of licensed clubs in Australia.
Over his distinguished career, Warren has become a staple of the CMAA conference circuit, providing training and strategic advice to club boards nationwide. As a co-creator of the “Club Governance” video series, he has helped modernise the way Australian clubs operate, ensuring directors have the practical tools they need to succeed in their roles.
