Todd’s journey in hospitality began during his travels in his early 20s, where he balanced work and volunteer roles that earned him industry recognition for his dedication and achievements. His connection with CTA Training Specialists started in the early 2000s, and after nearly a decade of training to RTO standards, joining CTA was a natural progression. It gave Todd the perfect platform to share his extensive industry experience and insights with clients and students.
