Sez’s hospitality journey began in high school, where she completed a Certificate II in Hospitality through a VET program. Inspired by her experience, she pursued a kitchen apprenticeship at the age of17, transitioning directly from school to a corporate catering role in Melbourne.

Her career took her across Australia, working in pubs and eventually returning to catering, where she expanded her skills in operations. Upon moving to Queensland, Sez shifted into front-of-house roles, broadening her expertise in the hospitality industry.

Sez’s learning path has been diverse and enriching. Starting with hospitality and commercial cookery qualifications, she later expanded into Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as Training and Assessment. A lifelong learner, Sez recently completed a Certificate III in Business and continues to seek opportunities to enhance her skills, particularly in her operational role.
