Sarah’s hospitality journey began in 2002 as a trainee in the picturesque Gold Coast hinterland. Her dedication to learning and natural leadership abilities led her to earn a Bachelor of Business Studies in Hotel Management and International Business from Griffith University in 2008.
Over the years, Sarah honed her expertise in managing venues, events, and teams, creating a solid foundation for her transition into training.
Fuelled by her passion for hospitality and events, Sarah discovered the joy of mentoring staff while managing venues and running her own event management company.
