Louise is a seasoned marketing and events expert with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her diverse background, spanning front-of-house roles and high-profile events, fuels her passion for helping individuals create unforgettable customer experiences.
Louise’s hospitality journey began at 17 as a waitress and barista, where her passion for the industry quickly blossomed. Working across various venues, she advanced to supervisory and management roles, which introduced her to the world of mixology, curating custom cocktail and mocktail blends. In 2012, Louise moved to London to work as a Logistics Area Supervisor for the Olympic & Paralympic Games. Following this, she refined her skills in fine dining while working at London’s 5-star hotels.
After completing her university studies, Louise transitioned into marketing roles with some of Queensland’s largest Club groups, combining her hospitality expertise with strategic communication skills to support business growth.
