Deb began her hospitality journey in the early 2000s as an apprentice chef, gaining experience in a variety of venues, including restaurants, hotels, and pubs. During her apprenticeship, she earned a medal in a culinary competition, highlighting her exceptional talent and dedication.
After qualifying as a chef, Deb worked in numerous roles before moving into management positions across diverse areas of hospitality, such as aged care and childcare.
Her career has also taken her overseas, where she lived and worked in the UK and Bulgaria, adding international experience to her impressive résumé.
Deb was drawn to CTA Training Specialists because of the opportunity to work with a professional team of trainers and managers who bring a wealth of industry knowledge.
