Daniel’s journey in hospitality began at the age of thirteen with two years working in fast food. By sixteen, he was working in food and beverage roles at the Alice Springs Casino, where he stayed for three years. At just twenty, Daniel took on the position of Duty Manager at a hotel in Melbourne, cementing his place in the industry.
In 2024, Daniel made the transition from working in venues to training, motivated by a desire to share his extensive career knowledge with emerging hospitality professionals. The role also provides the work-life balance and flexibility he values. Daniel is passionate about personal and professional growth, holding a range of qualifications, including:
- Diplomas in Business and Hospitality Management
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- WSET Level 2 Award in Wines
