Brodie Townend is an experienced and dedicated Trainer, specialising in a broad range of hospitality and business qualifications. With extensive industry knowledge and a practical approach, Brodie brings both insight and hands-on expertise to every training session. Known for an engaging, student-centred teaching style, Brodie is committed to inspiring individuals to excel in the dynamic world of hospitality and business.

Brodie began her career in hospitality at 18, working in a nightclub in the UK. Her dedication and drive quickly propelled her to the role of Assistant Manager, where she oversaw events for over 1,500 guests at her venue.

Brodie is passionate about continuous learning and personal development. She holds a Sports Science degree from the University of Gloucestershire, a Diploma in Hospitality from CTA Training Specialists, and has even explored early education with a Childcare Certificate.

During her own studies for a Diploma in Hospitality with CTA, Brodie experienced firsthand the impact a great Trainer can have on a student’s journey. Inspired by this, she decided to pursue a career in training to make a similar impact.

Brodie is driven to improve the career prospects of young people by sharing her in-depth industry knowledge and real-world experience, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in hospitality.

Bodie is ambitious, lively, thoughtful, and occasionally a bit of a practical joker.
