Ana’s culinary journey began in 2010 when she completed her Certificate III in Commercial Cookery through HOSTEC NSW. Her love for the sweet side of the kitchen led her to specialise further, earning a Certificate III in Patisserie from TAFE NSW in 2014. Since then, Ana has worked in some of Sydney’s top venues, including the International Convention Centre and O Bar and Dining, where she held the role of Head Pastry Chef.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, Ana holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in addition to her cookery and patisserie qualifications. She’s also pursued learning outside the culinary world, showing a commitment to well-rounded professional development. Career highlights include representing her skills on the global stage at the Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris, as well as leading staff training and development initiatives that showcase her natural leadership and mentorship abilities.
