Aletia Ramscar is a dedicated Chef and Business Development Manager with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Aletia’s hospitality journey began at 16 when she started as a kitchenhand in a pub. By 18, she embarked on her apprenticeship, quickly moving up the ranks. Over the years, she has held roles as Commis Chef, Sous Chef, and Head Chef across a variety of venues, including pubs, clubs, restaurants, and aged care facilities. Throughout her career, Aletia was fortunate to work with inspiring managers and head chefs who passed on invaluable skills. She became a trainer to share her expertise with the next generation of apprentices, believing in the importance of investing in the industry’s future.
