*Once you complete the course we will lodge the course with L&GNSW. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to access your assessment. Once you successfully complete the RCG online assessment, you will receive your interim certificate via email from L&GNSW.

This course is designed for those people wishing to apply for a Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency card in New South Wales. It also includes the nationally recognised unit of competency, SITHGAM022 Provide Responsible Gambling Services / Responsible Conduct of Gambling. It teaches the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services and assist those who are experiencing harm from gambling.
Visa holders and international students (including subclass 500) can undertake this course through CTA Training Specialists. You will require a USI to receive your Statement of Attainment. If you don’t already have one, you can apply for one here.
