Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) Course
CTA Training Specialists offers online and in-person Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training. The course content and learning outcomes for both courses are the same.
The key difference is the time it takes to issue your CLO Certificate of Completion (Certificate). Your Certificate of Completion is issued on the same day for the online course (see T&Cs) & within 10 business days for the in-person course.
Same Day Certificates
CTA will issue your Statement of Attainment on the same day as when you submit your assessments if the following conditions are met:
- All assessments submitted before 4 pm AEST
- You pass your assessments
While we aim to send all certificates and Statement of Attainments on the same day, occasionally, there can be delays of up to 2 days, especially around public holidays. For more information, please contact our support team via live chat or at 0738788977. Certificates for the CLO face-to-face course can take up to 10 working days to be issued.

FAQs
CLO training expands many of the topics covered in the RSG course. It aims to provide managerial staff with additional skills and resources to help maintain a safe gambling environment. CLO training is also a legislative requirement: All licensed venues are required to have at least one CLO present during operating hours.
Your CLO certificate does not expire. There is no requirement to renew or refresh your skills, but we recommend you do so every 3-5 years to ensure you are informed of the latest regulations and best practices.
There is no difference when you do the course through CTA Training Specialists. The course content and outcomes are the same. The only difference is with the time taken to issue your Certificate of Completion. The Certificate of Completion is issued the same day with the online course (see full T&Cs), whereas it can take up to 10 working days with the Face-to-Face course.
