Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) NSW – training sessions commence from August 2024

ARCG stands for Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling. The course is designed to teach the Responsible Gambling Officers (RGOs) and other senior staff at venues the practical skills required to create a proactive environment focussed on harm minimisation and identify and support those who are experiencing gambling harm.

Course Duration: 6 hours + breaks
Course Delivery: Virtual via Zoom, led in real-time by an approved NSW ARCG trainer
Pre-requisite: Current NSW RCG Interim Certificate or RCG Competency Card
Class Limit: 20 students
Assessments: Scenario based assessments
Same-Day Certificates: Upon successful completion of the ARCG course, you will receive the course completion certificate the same day as training
