This qualification has no entry requirements, but prior work experience and current employment is recommended.

All students will need to complete work placement to finish this qualification.

This qualification will give you the skills required to work in a number of hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. Possible job titles include:

Credit Transfer/ Recognition of Prior Learning

You can transfer credits to this qualification if you have completed any of the core or elective units through other RTOs or previous qualifications. CTA does not charge fees for transferring credits. CTA also offers recognition of prior learning (RPL) for specific units. Fee For Service Training is for students who are not eligible for government funding. Students only pay for the number of units they complete as CTA Training Specialists do not charge for credit transfers.
