Licensee Training (LT)

The licensee training course is designed for licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries to ensure they understand their responsibilities and obligations according to NSW Liquor laws. This training aims to ensure that these individuals have the necessary skills and resources to manage alcohol-related harm better and provide a more secure hospitality scene.

Advanced Licensee Training (ALT)

The Advanced Licensee Training course is for licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries of venues with a Tier 2 liquor licence, i.e., venues serving alcohol past midnight, nightclubs and karaoke bars. The course aims to deliver the skills and resources required to maintain a safe and secure hospitality scene in a higher-risk environment.

Advanced RCG (ARCG)

This course is designed to teach Responsible Gambling Officers (RGOs) and other senior staff at venues the practical skills required to create a proactive environment focussed on harm minimisation and identify and support those who are experiencing gambling harm.

2 weekly Zoom training sessions with limited seats.

NSW RCG Course – Virtual (Zoom)

This course is designed for those wishing to apply for a Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency card in New South Wales and includes the nationally recognised unit of competency, SITHGAM022 Provide Responsible Gambling Services / Responsible Conduct of Gambling. It teaches the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services and assist those who are experiencing harm from gambling.

NSW RSA Online Course

The NSW RSA Online course is a mandatory requirement for anyone in NSW wanting to work with the supply, service or sale of alcohol. CTA Training Specialists provides same-day interim RSA certificates to students who complete the course and submit their assessment before 4pm AEST Monday-Friday
