Louise is a seasoned marketing and events expert with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her diverse background, spanning front-of-house roles and high-profile events, fuels her passion for helping individuals create unforgettable customer experiences.

Shaun is a passionate trainer with extensive experience in hospitality, first aid and business qualifications. Combining in-depth industry knowledge with a practical approach, Shaun delivers insightful and engaging training sessions.

Simone Barber is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 30 years of accounting experience across various industries, including a large sporting club, a media corporation, and a travel company.

With over 15 years in the hospitality industry and a decade in training, Christian has built a career that spans hands-on operational roles, senior management, and industry training. His background in pubs and Clubs has given him extensive leadership experience, leading him to transition into training, operations, and key account management.

Aletia Ramscar is a dedicated Chef and Business Development Manager with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Known for her passion, friendly demeanour, and strong relationship-building skills, Aletia excels in creating meaningful connections with clients and prioritising customer satisfaction.

Sarah is a dedicated & highly accomplished Trainer, a former owner of a successful events company, & a seasoned Venue Manager & Business Development Consultant, bringing extensive real-world expertise to her role.

With extensive leadership experience and a suite of qualifications, Tyler is recognised for her positivity and dedication to empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and driving success in the hospitality industry.

Originally from Canada, Michelle brings a warm and thoughtful presence to the CTA Admin team. Born and raised in Medicine Hat, Alberta (home to The World’s Largest Teepee), she came to Australia on a working holiday many years ago—and never left. While Canada will always be home, Australia has firmly claimed a place in her heart.
