Not only is Alannah a very talented trainer, she is a highly experienced Chef with a number of Executive Chef hats featuring quite prominently on her resumé.
Alannah brings a wealth of experience to her current role with CTA Training, having held Executive Chef positions at renowned hospitality groups such as Accor, Mantra, and Veneto Club. Her extensive knowledge and expertise make her a valuable mentor for both established and aspiring Chefs.
Prior to joining CTA Training Specialists, Alannah served as Area Executive Chef with Accor Victoria. Her experience in the hotel sector has equipped her with a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
Alannah’s qualifications, including TAE40116, Cert III and IV in Commercial Cookery, and a Diploma of Hospitality Management, further solidify her credentials as a skilled trainer. Her commitment to high standards and creating impactful learning experiences ensures that her students receive the best possible education.
