Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI): Developing Successful Hospitality Industry Leaders for 17 Years
This year The Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI) will be celebrating its 17th year of developing students into managers and leaders for our Hospitality Industry. In its infancy back in 2002 and 2003, it was originally named the Fosters Leadership Academy (FLA) and overtime sponsorship changed to the Club Super Leadership Institute (CSLI) and today it is currently called the Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI).
Over these years, the Hostplus Leadership Institute (HLI) has seen over 100 Students graduate and go onto to hold prominent leadership and management positions! With graduation just around the corner for our current cohort, we thought it would be a great time to honour those who have passed through the Institute and have made great contributions in the hospitality industry.
