A Food Safety Supervisor is a person who holds advanced skills and knowledge in addition to the responsibility of overseeing food safety operations within a food business. There are two units of competency for the Food Safety Supervisor qualification in the Hospitality sector: • Level 1 Food Safety Online Course – SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety • Level 2 Food Handling Online Course – SITXFSA006 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices
