RCG Course at a Glance

• Unit of Competency: SITHGAM022 – Provide Responsible Gambling Services / Responsible Conduct of Gambling
• Course Outcome: Official Statement of Attainment and access to additional assessment from Liquor & Gaming NSW for Interim Certificate. See below for more details.
• Course Duration: 6+ Hours
• Course Delivery: Virtual via Zoom, led in real-time by an approved RCG trainer
• Class Limit: 15 students
• Assessments: Online assessment
• Valid in: Valid in NSW

Student Requirements: You will be required to have:

• A computer, tablet or iPad with a webcam
• A strong, reliable internet connection
• Microphone and speakers (preferably a headset and directional microphone for sound quality purposes)

Important Note: If you are looking to refresh your RCG competency card, it needs to be done through NSW Liquor and Gaming here. You can not undertake this course If you have a current NSW RCG competency card (or recently expired within 28 days) or have a RCG Interim Certificate that was issued in the last 5 years.

• Course Outcome: Statement of Attainment and Interim Certificate that can be used to get your NSW competency card.
• Course Duration: 6 Hours
• Course Delivery: 100% online
• Assessments: Online and video assessments
• Same-Day Certificates: Statements of attainments can be issued on the same day as course completion. See the T&Cs below for more information.
• Valid in: Valid in all states. Some states require bridging courses.

Important Note: If you are looking to renew your RSA competency card, it needs to be done through NSW Liquor and Gaming here. You can not undertake this course If you have a current NSW RSA competency card (or recently expired within 28 days) or have a RSA Interim Certificate that was issued in the last 5 years.
