Course at a Glance
Prerequisites: Valid Licensee Training Competency Card or Interim Certificate
Course Outcome: An interim Certificate that can be used to get a Competency Card from your local NSW Services Centre*
Course Duration: 6-8 hours
Course Delivery: Virtual via Zoom
Assessments: Completed virtually and online during the course
Same-Day Certificates: Same-day Interim Certificates are available at no additional cost. See T&Cs below.
Valid in: NSW
Student Requirements: You will be required to have:
- A computer, tablet or iPad with a webcam
- A strong, reliable internet connection
- Microphone and speakers (preferably a headset and directional microphone for sound quality purposes)
Upon completing the course, you will receive an Interim Certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW. You can take this interim certificate to your local Services centre to get your competency card photo updated and be issued with a new competency card. Completing this course also renews your RSA and LT competencies for another five years.
