Emerging Club Leaders

In partnership with Clubs Queensland, Keno and CTA Training Specialists, the ECLIPS training program has been developed to address the critical skills shortage within the Queensland Club industry.

ECLIPS is a strategic initiative designed to equip junior leaders and middle managers with essential tools and knowledge, required to develop a sustainable future for the industry.

By acquiring the necessary skills through the ECLIPS program, participants will gain a number of skills to support their career pathways whilst contributing to the overall growth of the Queensland Club sector.

The program is enhanced by wrap-around support from our major sponsors, who contribute through topical discussions and real-life examples to ensure students achieve practical, relevant learning outcomes.

Qualification Information

Participants in the ECLIPS program will undertake a BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals currently working as developing and emerging leaders in your venue. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

Training will be delivered to candidates via a hybrid approach, with units being delivered via online virtual classrooms and in person training.

Due to industry demand, the program has continued to grow in participant numbers, offering more Club venues the opportunity to participate and continue the development of future leaders.
