About RMLV Training
The Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue training, also known as the RMLV, is mandatory for liquor licensees (if individuals), approved managers, and all prospective managers of licensed venues looking to work in Queensland.
This means anyone looking to work as a manager of any business that handles, sells, or serves alcohol in any capacity must have the RMLV certification to qualify for the position. The course covers Queensland liquor laws, dealing with intoxicated patrons, conflict management, promoting a responsible drinking culture, and risk management and compliance.
