About Licensee Training
The licensee training course is designed for licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries to ensure they understand their responsibilities and obligations according to NSW Liquor laws.
This training aims to ensure that these individuals have the necessary skills and resources to manage alcohol-related harms better and provide a more secure hospitality scene.
Course at a Glance
Upon completing the course, you will receive an Interim Certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW. You must take this interim certificate to your local Services centre to get your competency card photo updated and be issued with a new competency card. Completing this course automatically renews your current RSA for another five years.
About Advanced Licensee Training
The Advanced Licensee Training course is for licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries of venues with a Tier 2 liquor licence, i.e., venues serving alcohol past midnight, nightclubs and karaoke bars. The course aims to deliver the skills and resources required to maintain a safe and secure hospitality scene in a higher-risk environment.
Course at a Glance
Upon completing the course, you will receive an Interim Certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW. You can take this interim certificate to your local Services centre to get your competency card photo updated and be issued with a new competency card. Completing this course also renews your RSA and LT competencies for another five years.
Same Day LT and ALT Interim Certificates
CTA will lodge your details with L&GNSW after you have been assessed as competent.
Your Interim certificate will be issued via email.
