The Board Governance 101 Essentials Bundle provides an end-to-end foundation in club governance and leadership, taking you from the core legal structures and fiduciary duties of the various governance structures. You will deepen your understanding of your core governance documents, processes to streamline meeting procedures, review member rights and staff obligations.
