Y not revitalise your venue with GenY?

Venues across the State are reaping the rewards of engaging great young people from their local schools to learn and work in their businesses. CTA are proud to have created a platform of learning and industry experience for hundreds of school children in the sunshine state.

Y not revitalise your venue with GEN YOver the last four years at Arana Leagues Club, 74 local year 12 students have successfully completed a Certificate III in Hospitality. Many have been retained as employees as the club has embraced this community project and reaped the rewards of young trained staff and Government Funding opportunities.

Since Arana helped CTA to create this unique model, many more venues have realised this potential to create enthusiastic employees, and in some cases Duty Managers and Managers of the future.

At CTA we have dedicated people looking after our school based trainees under the guidance of Natalie Hardy who is passionate about each and every young person under our care. If you are interested in getting on board then call Bill Alexion on 0407 464 305.
