As a gambling venue staff member, your role involves:
- Being able to provide information to patrons and answer their questions on your venue’s responsible gambling financial transactions policy
- Present a copy of the financial transactions policy to patrons who request
- Referring any patron queries regarding the financial transaction that you are unable to answer to the CLO
- Ensuring you abide by the financial transactions policy when doing your job
- Notifying your CLO of any breaches which you are not authorised to remedy
