There are 7 core sections in the Customer Service course to cover followed by a final assessment.
Each section includes videos, readings, and interactive activities to assist in your learning experience.

Please allow approximately three (3) hours to complete your online training course. From the time of enrolment, you have six (6) weeks to complete your training course.
On successful completion, each student will receive a certificate demonstrating the attainment of the skills and knowledge gained through the completion of this course.

The Customer Service online training course is not a nationally recognised training course, however it provides you with introduction to customer service and will improve your employability, increasing career prospects within the hospitality industry.
How much does the course cost?
The Customer Service online training course is $29 which includes access to the Club Training Australia Learning Management System for six (6) weeks, support from our qualified trainers and assessors and a certificate of achievement upon successful completion.
