Looking for fresh employees that are prepared?

CTA has access to prepared staff trained in the basics and ready for work experience at your venue.

Our pre-employment courses have been so successful that we now run them right across SEQ. CTA train students within a week to get them ready for the hospitality workforce, then offer them to venues for work experience. What’s in it for you? You can try new, trained staff before you buy!


Select staff for a week of work experience at your venue and if you’re happy, you can offer them employment; it won’t cost you a thing!
In fact, if you choose to continue training these employees, you may be eligible for Government Funding and Incentives.
The students undertake RSA, RSG, Operate a Bar, Espresso Coffee, Hygiene and work intensively with our trainers to gain essential skills for the hospitality workplace.
Keep in mind when meeting the school based students, that these students face challenges in normal everyday life and have support to help them through this. But do not let this influence you, as you could be the opportunity they’ve been looking for.
