To qualify as a Food Safety Supervisor, you will need to complete the following two (2) Nationally Recognised subjects:
- SITXFSA101 Use Hygiene Practices for Food Safety (referred to as Level 1 Food Handling); and
- SITXFSA201 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices (referred to as Level 2 Food Handling).
Our online Food Safety Supervisor training course is suitable for all supervisors working in the Retail, Hospitality, Transport and Distribution sectors and allows you to safety work with food. The Food Act 2006 (the Act) requires every licensable food business to have a Food Safety Supervisor.
