Aletia Ramscar – Business Development Manager

With extensive experience, working as a Chef for many years in the Queensland Clubs and Aged Care industries, Aletia is CTA’s go-to for all things Chef training, apprenticeships & identifying upskilling opportunities for individuals across a range of departments. Aletia is well known for her warm personality and genuine approach for helping her clients maximise their training goals and opportunities. 

Michelle Bates – Work Health, Safety and Compliance Advisor

A highly qualified advisor, Michelle brings with her 20+ years of experience in safety and compliance. With experience spanning multiple industries including hospitality, construction, mining, environmental services, large municipalities and amusement centres, Michelle will bring fresh ideas and a breadth of knowledge to the role.
