INGREDIENTS
- Chicken wings
- 20gm flour
- 10gm garlic powder
- 10gm onion powder
- 10gm smoked paprika
- 5gm cumin
- 100gm butter
- 30ml hot sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
METHOD
Step 1 – Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder paprika and cumin together and coat your wings, let sit for 30 min in fridge.
Step 2 – Melt butter and combine with hot sauce and emulsify.
Step 3 – Deepfry chicken until golden brown and place in oven if they need further cooking.
Step 4 – Pour hot sauce butter mixture over wings to coat.
Step 5 – To make ranch dressing place all ingredients in a bowl and combine.
